S: 1 Kings 22:4,5 "My troops are your troops, and my horses are your horses." Then Jehoshaphat added, "But first let's find out what the LORD says."
O: Ahab and Jehoshaphat were trying to figure out if they should invade Ramoth-gilead and while common sense seemed they should go for it, Jehoshaphat said let's find out what the LORD says. He didn't want to rely on what seemed like an obvious "yes".
A: I need to consult the LORD when making decisions, even those that seem straight forward.
P: Jesus, would you help me with the decisions I need to make today. Especially with those decisions that will have an effect on others. Help me to listen to your voice even if it involves listening to others who you might be speaking through.
