  1. S: 1 Peter 5:5-14 In the same way, you younger men must accept the authority of the elders. And all of you, serve each other in humility, for

    "God opposes the proud
    but favors the humble."s

6 So humble yourselves under the mighty power of God, and at the right time he will lift you up in honor.7 Give all your worries and cares to God, for he cares about you.
8 Stay alert! Watch out for your great enemy, the devil. He prowls around like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.9 Stand firm against him, and be strong in your faith. Remember that your Christian brothers and sisterss all over the world are going through the same kind of suffering you are.
10 In his kindness God called you to share in his eternal glory by means of Christ Jesus. So after you have suffered a little while, he will restore, support, and strengthen you, and he will place you on a firm foundation.11 All power to him forever! Amen.

  2. O: Boys must submit to men, take care of each other, thinking of others as better than themselves. Because God does not take care of those who think more highly of themselves but gives his hand of help to those who think more highly of others.
So with God's help, think of others as more important than yourself. Give all your life consuming thoughts to God because He looks after you.
Be very careful, look ahead, for our advesary - the Devil. He wants to consume you - have you for lunch. Be strong in Jesus against him, think of all the Christians in the wrld who are doing the same.
After we have had trials, you will share in teh richness of Christ - go to heaven. Jesus willl restore, renew and refresh us and give us something to stand on.

  3. A: It really comes down to humility. I need to ask for God's help to figure this one out. The promises to those who are humble are tremendous and to those who are proud scary. Lord, I feel like you are trying to teach me humility. May I be obedient in your school.
