  1. S: 1 Corinthians 8:12 And when you sin against other believers by encouraging them to do something they believe is wrong, you are sinning against Christ. 13 So if what I eat causes another believer to sin, I will never eat meat again as long as I live—for I don’t want to cause another believer to stumble.

O: Paul was so concerned about causing others to sin by his lifestyle that he wasn't willing to enter into a "grey area". If someone is watching me and does something they believe is wrong because of my life, I am sinning against Christ. My actions matter not only to God but to others and I will be accountable for this.

A: What areas of my life could be causing other believers to stumble or sin? Is it materialism? Is it my words or actions? Is it by having house church?

P: Jesus, I don't want to sin against you by having others violate their conscience by following me. Show me what areas I might be doing this in and help me to not only turn from the grey area but then to make sure I'm clear with those watching me.
