O: Paul was saying that in every circumstance we must be thankful, grateful to God. Every circumstance or situation would be good or bad.
A/P: When I encounter "bad" in my life I must be thankful for it. I wonder if I'm living in God's will......wonder no more if I'm thankful in all circumstances.
